中速磨煤机耐磨材料研究及应用 被引量:3

摘要 大型燃煤电厂广泛使用的中速磨煤机,其磨辊、护板使用寿命周期较短,满足不了机组大修周期的要求,而且检修维护成本较高,检修工作强度大。采用纳米级陶瓷粉末与金属材料热熔复合技术,用非金属材料替代金属材料生产的耐磨材料,具有高耐磨性、高韧性和高强度,运用于中速磨煤机耐磨件,将大幅提高中速磨煤机磨辊的使用寿命,满足机组大修周期的使用要求,可以大幅降低中速磨煤机维护成本,同时提高磨煤机运行的可靠性和经济性。 The grinder roll and the guard board of a medium-speed coal mill widely used in a large-scale coal-firedpower plant,with their short spans of service lives,can not meet the demands of the overhaul periods of the unit dueto the high costs and working strength of the overhaul and maintenance.With the hot-melting composite technologywhich can fuse nano-scale ceramic powder and metallic materials together,the anti-friction material can be madefrom non-metallic materials instead of metallic materials.With its high abrasive resistance,toughness and strength,itcan be used to produce anti-friction parts of the medium-speed coal mill,which can sharply increase the service lifeof the grinder roll of the coal mill,meet the requirements of the overhaul periods of the unit,greatly reduce its maintenancecosts and enhance the reliability and economy during its operation.
