摘要
目的通过对新疆生产建设兵团第三师伽师总场居民筛查甲状腺疾病的发病情况,形成流行病学报告,促进当地甲状腺疾病的防治。方法收集2015年11月~2016年5月对新疆生产建设兵团第三师伽师总场居民进行甲状腺疾病的筛查资料,通过甲状腺疾病免费筛查收集数据。结果 (1)单纯性甲状腺肿发病率为0.31%;(2)结节性甲状腺肿发病率2.07%;(3)原发性甲亢总发病率2.07%;(4)甲状腺炎疾病发病率为0.32%;(5)甲状腺腺瘤发病率为0.16%;(6)甲状腺癌发病率为0。结论新疆生产建设兵团第三师伽师总场居民甲状腺疾病发病率较低,主要甲状腺疾病病种为结节性甲状腺肿、原发性甲亢。与内陆目前甲状腺恶性肿瘤发病率升高趋势不同,伽师总场地区居民甲状腺恶性肿瘤发病率较低。
Objective To investigate the incidence of thyroid disease in Xinjiang Production and ConstructionCorps third division Jiashi total field,to form an epidemiological report,and to promote the prevention and treatmentof local thyroid diseases.Methods The screening data of thyroid diseases from November2015to May2016inXinjiang Production and Construction Corps third division Jiashi total field were collected.Collect data through thefree screening for thyroid disease.Results(1)The incidence of simple goiter was0.31%;(2)The incidence of nodulargoiter was2.07%;(3)The total incidence of primary hyperthyroidism was2.07%;(4)The incidence of thyroiditis was0.32%;(5)The incidence of thyroid adenoma was0.16%;(6)The incidence of thyroid cancer was0.Conclusion Thethyroid disease incidence of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps third division Jiashi total field is low.Themain types of thyroid diseases are nodular goiter and primary hyperthyroidism.Contrast to the elevated incidence ofthyroid malignancies in the hinterland,the incidence of thyroid malignancy is low in Jiashi total area.
