摘要
高等教育中的人才培养总是根据时代的发展而不断调整其目标与模式,以使其更加满足时代的需求。本文以当前第三方检测迅速发展的新形势为时代背景,分析了第三方检测的行业特点和人才需求,并结合高校化学相关专业的"分析化学"本科教学工作,探讨如何在新形势下培养创新型分析化学人才。针对当前分析化学人才培养中存在的一些问题,本文从教学资料的更新、课外学习的引导、人才需求分析、教学模式丰富化等方面对此问题进行了讨论,将第三方检测这一分析检测领域的新兴事物纳入分析化学人才培养方向,以使得"分析化学"这一传统的基础专业课程能更好地适应当今时代的需要。
In order to meet the requirements of times,the personnel training model of higher education is always under continuous adjustment.We investigated the characteristics of third-party detection institution herein and propose the problem that how to cultivate students in the class of analytical chemistry.Some advises such as updating textbook,enhancing the practice outside the classroom,and improving teacher training were proposed.Especially,we suggested introducing the concept of third-party detection into class and imparting related knowledge to students.
