摘要
为解决块煤率偏低、介耗偏高、离心脱水效率低等问题,作者以淄矿集团亭南煤业选煤厂为分析研究对象,从工艺系统角度找出问题症状所在,并在进行充分分析、反复试验的基础上,通过增设棒条筛、扩展固定筛等方式,最终使问题得到了较好地解决。
In order to solve the problems of higher lump coal rate,higher medium consumption and low efficiency ofcentrifugal dehydration,the author takes the actual production situation and conditions of the Zibo Mining Grouptingnan Coal Preparation Plant as the research object,find the main problems from the process system,based on fullanalysis and repeated experiments,by adding a bar,extending fixed screen sieve,etc.,the problem was solved.
