摘要
目的:探讨院内不同环境中空气消毒质量情况。方法:对2014年1月-2016年12月医疗机构内的空气消毒质量进行监测。结果:2014-2016年环境监测样本数分别为43、45和54,监测合格率分别为55.8%、71.1%和79.6%,检测样本数量呈上升趋势,合格率呈上升趋势。合格率两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类和Ⅳ类检测合格率分别为30.0%、69.9%、85.7%和69.7%,合格率两两比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。紫外线消毒法和消毒机消毒法的消毒合格率分别为69.8%(60/86)和69.6%(39/56),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:近年院内不同环境中空气消毒质量提升明显,但不同类别间的消毒质量仍存在差异。应加强空气消毒管理,促进空气质量提升。
Objective:To investigate the air disinfection quality in different environments of hospital.Methods:We monitored thequality of air disinfection in medical institutions from January2014to December2016.Results:The number of environmentalmonitoring samples from2014to2016was43,45and54respectively,and the monitoring rate was55.8%,71.1%and79.6%respectively.The number of samples was on the rise,and the qualification rate was on the rise.The qualified rate had statisticaldifference(P<0.05).the inspection qualification rate ofⅠclass,Ⅱclass,Ⅲclass andⅣclass was30%,69.9%,85.7%and69.7%respectively,and the qualified rate had statistical difference(P<0.05).The qualified rate of disinfection of ultraviolet disinfectionand disinfection by disinfector was69.8%(60/86)and69.6%(39/56)respectively,and the difference was not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The improvement of air disinfection quality in different environments of hospital was obvious.However,there was still difference in disinfection quality between different classes.We should strengthen air disinfectionmanagement and promote air quality improvement.
