摘要
介绍了某前置后驱车型直线操作换挡机构的特点,主要介绍了其换挡锁的开发及计算校核,应用CATIA V5三维设计软件进行3D数据模型建立,结合实际构造进行计算,并通过试验来验证计算结果,最终实现其功能,从而满足消费者的需求。
The characteristics of straight-operating shift lever for a certain FR car were described and the development of shift lock and its calculation and verification were introduced.Referring to the physical structure,a3D model was built to calculate the operating force of the shift lock by CATIA V5.Based on the calculation which was validated by experiment,the function was finally realized,thus satisfying users'demand.
