摘要
对空调系统中调节空气状态的关键设备──组合式空调机组进行试验研究,相同工况、相同风量的机组处理空气能力随着断面风速均匀度不同而变化。试验发现,在额定风量分别为5000,10000,20000 m3/h的机组的供冷量、供热量随着断面风速均匀度从75%到98%变化时,机组的供冷量分别增加2.214,5.347,9.858 k W,供热量分别增加3.137,8.18,12.603 k W,即随着额定风量的增大,断面风速均匀度对机组的供冷量、供热量影响增大,当断面均匀度达到90%时,影响增幅变缓。
The experimental study on the key equipment which adjust the air state in the air conditioning system-the CombinedAir-conditioning Unit,the same conditions,the same amount of air handling capacity of the unit with the section wind speeduniformity varies.The test found that the rated air volume of5000,10000,20000m3/h unit cooling capacity,heat supply with thesection wind speed uniformity from75%to98%change,the unit cooling capacity Respectively,increased2.214,5.347,9.858kW,heat supply increased3.137,8.18,12.603kW,both with the increase of rated air flow,wind speed uniformity of the unit onthe cooling capacity,heat supply increased,when the sectional uniformity reaches90%,the increase of the influence becomesslow.
