摘要
目的分析生物共振检测技术治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取在我院采用德国BICOM optima B21检测确定的60例变应性鼻炎患者,随机分为两组进行治疗。生物共振技术治疗组30例,采用生物共振治疗系统进行脱敏治疗;对照组30例,采用盐酸西替利嗪滴剂和丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂加口服霍胆片联合治疗。结果生物共振技术治疗组有效率为80%,对照组有效率为76.67%,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);生物共振技术治疗组复发率为20.83%,低于药物组60.83%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论生物共振技术相比于传统的药物治疗能够降低过敏性鼻炎患者复发率,提高患者生活质量,是治疗过敏性鼻炎的较好方法。
Obsjective Analysis of the clinical efficacy of biological resonance technique in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods60patients in our hospital with allergic rhinitis determined by German BICOM optima B21were randomly divided into two groups for treatment.In the biological resonance technology therapy group,30cases were treated using biological resonance treatment system;In the control group,30cases were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride drops and fluticasone propionate nasal spray and oral cholera tablets.Results The effective rate was80%in the biological resonance technology therapy group and76.67%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05);The recurrence rate was20.83%in the former and60.83%in the latter,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion Biomagnetic resonance technology can reduce the recurrence rate of allergic rhinitis patients and improve the quality of life of patients compared to traditional therapy.It is a good method for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
