摘要
目前国内改造型青年公寓建设多依赖运营部门的市场预测,由室内设计师主导完成,存在设计定位不清晰、空间效率低、成本控制度弱、缺乏标准化设计等问题。从城市发展和市场需求分析既有建筑改造长租公寓的背景和意义;从"集约"的概念出发,对既有建筑的选择、空间结构重组、新时代租住单元和公共空间设计及工业化进行研究。意在通过集约化改造设计,提高空间效率,把城市租住青年从租住的混杂状态中解救出来,为其提供更独立的生活空间和更纯粹的社交空间。
At present,the construction of domestic transformation type youth apartment moredependent on the operations of the market forecast,led by the interior designer,design positioningis not clear,low space efficiency and cost control is weak,the lack of standardized design etc..This paper starts from the analysis of city development and the market demand of the transformationof existing buildings to rent the background and significance of the apartment,and then startingfrom the“intensive”concept,to study the existing building selection,spatial structurereorganization,a new era of rental units and public space design and industrialization.The purposeis to enhance the efficiency of space through the intensive transformation design,to save thecity’s rental youth from the mixed state of rental,to provide a more independent living space andmore pure social space.
