摘要
目的:探讨社区护理管理小组在糖尿病患者治疗中的血糖控制效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者120例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用一般护理模式,观察组采用社区护理管理小组模式,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组健康知识掌握情况和血糖指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理管理小组在糖尿病患者治疗中的血糖控制效果显著。
Objective:To explore the effect of community care management group on blood glucose control of diabetes treatment.Methods:120patients with diabetes were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given general care mode,and the observation group was given the community care management group model.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the mastery of health knowledge and the improvement of blood glucose indexes were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of diabetes patients,the application of the community care management group can achieve significant results in controlling blood sugar.
