摘要
整车总布置在车辆开发过程中是一个非常重要的阶段,直接影响着车身结构、乘员舱、内部结构等的布置和尺寸控制。文章简单介绍了总布置的一般步骤和过程,明确了总布置的主要原则。结合平台布置要求,成功的优化了某纯电动车发动机舱内的布置。然后围绕满足人机工程布置设计为主线,从人机工程设计的步骤出发,以某改款车为例,通过竞争车的对标分析,讨论了乘坐舒适性、操纵性、驾驶员视野、上下车便利性之间的关系,得出了总布置优化方案。
The vehicle layout is an important step during the vehicle development,and it has direct influence on the packageand dimensions of the body、compartment and inner structure.The article has a simple introduction about the package stepsand process,and take an specific about the major principle.Combining the platform package requirements,the engine roomof some EV has been successfully laid out.Then take the mean line of how to satisfy ergonomics,beginning from the processof the designing for ergonomics,takes some F/L as example,by comparing some competitive vehicles for analysis,discussing the relationship of comfortrable、controllability、vision for passenger and ingress and egress convenient,and theoptimal package method has obtained.
