摘要
目的探讨舍曲林片联合心理干预对抑郁症的治疗效果，评价其应用价值。方法选取温州医科大学附属第一医院2014年2月～2017年3月收治的162例抑郁症患者为研究对象，采用双盲数字表随机分为参照组与观察组，各81例。所有患者均给予舍曲林片治疗，在此基础上参照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在参照组护理基础上加入心理干预。观察2组患者临床治疗情况。结果2组患者经干预后HAMD评分均明显改善，且观察组改善效果明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗依从性与治疗总有效率均明显高于参照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论舍曲林片联合心理干预应用于抑郁症的治疗中疗效显著，可有效提高患者治疗依从性，进而提升临床治疗效果，价值显著。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of sertraline combined with psychological intervention on depression,and evaluateits application value.Methods162cases of patients with depression in our hospital from February2014to March2017as the research object,by double blind were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,with81cases in each group.All the patients were treated withsertraline treatment,on this basis,the reference group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group added psychological interventionin nursing care on the basis of the reference group.The clinical treatment of the two groups was observed.Results The HAMD scores of the twogroups were significantly improved after intervention,and the effect of the observation group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total follow-up rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than the reference group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline tablet combined with psychological intervention is effective in the treatment of depression,and can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients,and then enhance the clinical treatment effect,the value is remarkable.
