摘要
目的:探讨刃针结合龙氏手法治疗寰枢关节半脱位致颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:收治寰枢关节半脱位致颈性眩晕患者99例,随机分成3组。A组采用刃针与龙氏手法联合治疗,B组采用单纯刃针疗法,C组则采用单纯龙氏手法治疗。结果:A组近期治疗总有效率与远期治疗总有效率皆高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论:刃针结合龙氏手法治疗寰枢关节半脱位致颈性眩晕效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with long's manipulation in the treatment of cervicalvertigo caused by subluxation of atlantoaxial joint.Methods:99patients with cervical vertigo caused by atlantoaxial subluxationwere treated.The A group were treated with the combination of needle and long's manipulation,and the B group were treated withsimple edged needle therapy,while the C group were treated by simple long manipulation.Results:Both the short-term totaleffective rate and the long-term total effective rate of the treatment in the A group were higher than those in the B group and the Cgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with long's manipulation has significantly treatment effect on cervical vertigocaused by subluxation of atlantoaxial joint.
