摘要
采用固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱联用分析方法,对姜黄素粉末中溶剂残留情况进行定量分析.在优化实验条件下,建立了甲醛、甲醇、乙醇等21种生产过程中常用溶剂的标准曲线,相关系数均大于0.999 0,检测限0.001~0.007μg·g-1,定量限0.003~0.022μg·g-1.高、中、低浓度下的加标回收率范围为81.56%~105.54%.结果表明,该方法线性关系良好,具有较高的回收率和精密度,相对于传统方法分析目标更全面、应用范围更广.采用该方法对姜黄素样品溶剂残留进行定量分析,其结果对姜黄素的生产、制备过程的质量控制具有指导意义.
A solid phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of residual solvents in curcumin.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the correlation coefficients of21solvents of formaldehyde,methanol,ethanol,etc are more than0.9990,limits of detection are in the range of0.001-0.007μg·g-1,limits of quantitation are in the range of0.003-0.022μg·g-1.Spiked recoveries of target solvents in high,intermediate and low level are in the range of81.56%-105.54%.The results indicate that this method has excellent linear relationships,high recovery and good precision.It covers more analysis targets and wider application range than traditional methods.It is suitable for the quantitative analysis of residual solvents in curcumin,and it is instructional for the quality control of the extraction and production of curcumin.
