摘要
目的研究冠心病采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗的效果。方法 106例冠心病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组与实验组,各53例。两组患者均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗,实验组采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果经过治疗后,实验组总有效率96.23%高于对照组83.02%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良反应发生率3.77%低于对照组18.87%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的效果显著,值得在临床治疗中推广。
Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment ofcoronary heart disease.Methods A total of106coronary heart disease patients as study subjects were dividedby different treatment methods into control group and experimental group,with53cases in each group.Bothgroups received conventiona therapy.The control group was also treated with trimetazidine,and the experimentalgroup was treated with atorvastatin and trimetazidine.Treatment results and occurrence of adverse reactionsin two groups was compared.Results After treatment group,the experimental group had higher total effectiverate as96.23%than83.02%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Theexperimental group had lower incidence of adverser reactions as3.77%than18.87%in the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of atorvastatin and trimetazidine showsremarkable effect in treating coronary heart disease,and it is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
