摘要
应用Fluent流体计算软件,采用湍流模型,对天钢板坯单流中间包内不同挡墙和钢包长水口之间的中心距离及不同的上下挡墙组合进行流场的数值模拟。结果表明:当中间包挡墙和钢包长水口之间的中心距离为1630mm且挡墙与挡坝之间距离为360mm时,中间包内部结构最为合理,既能使钢液成分与温度均匀又能最大限度的促进钢水中夹杂物的上浮去除,进而提高连铸坯的质量。
By means of Fluent fluid calculation software,with turbulence model,the value simulationof flow field was conducted for the central distance between different walls of tundish of single strandand ladle shroud and combined upper and lower dams.Results showed,when the central distancebetween tundish dam and ladle shroud was1630mm and that between the wall and dam was360mm,the inner structure of tundish was most reasonable,facilitating steel homogenization and temperatureuniformity,promoting the floating of inclusions in steel to the most extent and further improving billetquality.
