摘要
采用相同的催化剂,不同的乙烯淤浆聚合工艺生产PE100级管材专用树脂,并研究了两种树脂的相对分子质量及其分布、共聚单体含量及其分布、结晶性能、力学性能、流变性能。结果表明:两种树脂的相对分子质量分布、结晶性能、流变性能相当;采用CX工艺生产的PE100级树脂的机械强度较好,主要是因为树脂的相对分子质量较大,而采用Hostalen工艺生产的PE100级树脂的韧性较好,主要是由于1-丁烯更多地插入到大分子链段中,有利于树脂在结晶过程中形成链缠接;采用CX工艺生产的树脂的熔体强度略好于采用Hostalen工艺生产的树脂。
Two PE100pipe specialty resins were produced by same catalyst via different ethylene slurry polymerization processes.The molecular weight and its distribution,comonomer content and its distribution,crystallization behavior,mechanical and rheological properties of these resins were observed.The results show that these resins have the similar molecular weight distribution as well as the rheological and crystallization properties.The mechanical strength of PE100resin fabricated by CX process is better thanks to higher molecular weight of the resin.The stronger toughness of PE100produced by Hostalen process is because more1-butene are inserted into chains of macromolecules which is in favor of the forming of chain windings during crystallization.The melt strength of the resin made by CX process is slightly better than that by Hostalen process.
