摘要
两汉期间,诏除郎发生了一系列的变化。东汉时期,君主诏除更为随意,诏除郎数量日增;诏除类型更多,诏除范围更广;诏除郎地位不断下降,升迁更为艰难。诏除任子成为君主笼络臣子的权术,考试成为选官的重要环节以及选官标准重视才能等,是导致东汉诏除郎变迁的重要原因。
A series of changes of Zhao Chu Lang system occurred in the Western and Eastern Han Dynasties.The number of Zhao Chu Lang increased for the Emperors appointed casually in the Eastern Han Dynasty.The mode of selecting Zhao Chu Lang varied as well and the scope of selection was even more extensive sothat the status of Zhao Chu Lang become humbler and humbler.The promotion of Zhao Chu Lang turned tobe more difficult than ever.The strict system of official selection becomes a power tactics by the emperor todraw over the officials.The important reason why the system of Zhao Chu Lang varied results from thesignificant link to select officials by examination and to attach importance to talents as criterion ofofficial-selection.
