摘要
【目的】研究喷施褪黑素对蔬菜生长及镉积累的影响。【方法】采用盆栽试验,研究了镉胁迫下,通过喷施不同浓度褪黑素(0,50,100,150,200μmol/L)对萝卜的生长及镉积累情况的影响。【结果】外源褪黑素处理促进了萝卜的生长,增加了萝卜的生物量。同时,外源褪黑素也提高了萝卜叶片的抗氧化酶(POD、CAT和SOD)活性,增加了萝卜叶片的可溶性蛋白含量和叶绿素含量,且随着褪黑素浓度的增加,这些指标均呈现先增加后降低的趋势,最大值均出现在褪黑素浓度为100μmol/L。在不同浓度褪黑素的处理中,50μmol/L和200μmol/L的褪黑素提高了萝卜根系、块根、叶片和可食用部分的镉含量,而100μmol/L和150μmol/L的褪黑素则降低了萝卜这些器官的镉含量。当褪黑素浓度为100μmol/L时,萝卜根系、块根、叶片和可食用部分的镉含量分别较对照的降低幅度最大,分别降低了7.81%、20.00%、27.45%和31.43%。【结论】褪黑素能够促进镉胁迫下萝卜的生长,且中等浓度的褪黑素能够降低萝卜对镉的积累。在所设褪黑素浓度中,以100μmol/L的处理效果最佳。
【Objective】The objective of the study was to investigate the effects of melatonin on growthand cadmiumaccumulation of vegetables.【Method】The effects of spraying different concentrations(0,50,100,150,200滋mol/L)of melatonin on growth and cadmium accumulation of radish were studied by a potexperiment.【Results】The treatments of exogenous melatonin promoted the growth of radish and increasedthe biomass of radish.Meanwhile,exogenous melatonin enhanced the activities of antioxidant enzymes(POD,CAT and SOD)and the contents of soluble protein and chlorophyll content in leaves.These indexesoften increased first and then decreased with increasing melatonin concentration,with maximum values at100滋mol/L melatonin.Under the treatments of different concentrations of melatonin,50and200滋mol/Lmelatonin increased the cadmium content in roots,root tubers,leaves and edible parts of radish,and100and150滋mol/L melatonin decreased that.When melatonin concentration was100滋mol/L,the cad原mium content in roots,root tubers,leaves and edible parts of radish decreased by7.81%,20.00%,27.45%and31.43%respectively,compared with the control.【Conclusion】The results suggested that mela原tonin promoted the growth of radish under cadmium stress and moderate concentration of melatoninreduced the accumulation of cadmium in radish.Among the melatonin concentrations in the experi原ment,100滋mol/L was the best.
