摘要
目的:分析含银抗菌凝胶慷舒灵局部换药治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将2016年1月至2017年2月80例糖尿病足患者回顾性分析,并根据治疗方法分组,分别40例。对照组进行常规换药,治疗组则给予含银抗菌凝胶慷舒灵局部换药。比较两组糖尿病足治疗总有效率;糖尿病足创面平均愈合时间、住院时间;治疗前后患者生活质量水平、足部疼痛评分、治疗前后白细胞等炎性因子水平。结果:治疗组糖尿病足治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组糖尿病足创面平均愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组生活质量水平、足部疼痛评分差异小,P>0.05;治疗后治疗组生活质量水平、足部疼痛评分优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前两组白细胞等炎性因子水平差异小,P>0.05;治疗后治疗组白细胞等炎性因子水平低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:含银抗菌凝胶慷舒灵局部换药治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者病情,加速创面愈合,减轻患者疼痛,降低机体炎症水平,促进患者生活质量的改善,值得推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of antibacterial gel silvasorb for the treatment of diabetic foot with silver.Methods:80cases of diabetic foot in Nanchang Third Hospital from January2016to February2017were randomly divided into two groups,with40cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment,treatment group were treated with Silvasorb topical antibacterial gel silver dressing treatment.The total efficiency of diabetic foot;diabetic foot wound healing time,hospitalization time of patients before and after treatment;the level of quality of life,foot pain score,WBC level of inflammatory factors before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group is higher than that of the treatment of diabetic foot The control group,P<0.05;diabetic foot wound healing time,hospitalization time of the treatment group of is shorter than the control group,P<0.05;before treatment,the level of quality of life,foot pain scores showed no difference between the two groups P>0.05;after treatment,the level of quality of life,foot pain scores in the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the WBC and inflammatory factor levels were similar,but after treatment,they were lower in the treatment group than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of antibacterial gel Silvasorb dressing for the treatment of diabetic foot with silver is effective,which can effectively improve the patient's condition.To accelerate wound healing,reduce pain,reduce inflammation,promote the improvement of the quality of life of patients,it is worthy of popularization and application.
