基于神经编码的生物回声定位研究

摘要 蝙蝠等动物的神经系统能完成回声定位,从而确定障碍物方位。为了研究神经系统的实现过程,以单个神经元的信息编码为基础,从Izhikevich神经元模型出发,将经过神经元模型作用后得到的神经脉冲序列,经过圆映射理论和符号动力学分析,转换成符号序列。通过分析输入两耳的有相位差的脉冲与输出的符号序列之间的关系,从而得到生物回声定位的机理。 Animals such as bat use echolocation to find obstructions by neural system.In order to studyimplementation process of echolocation,this paper simulates echolocation by applying code of singleneuron.Based on applying spiking neural model(Izhikevich neural model),we use pulse sequence insteadof outside signal to input a neuron.Then we get a string of output spike sequence and extract the string ofsymbol sequence contained in output spike sequence.Above method is based on the theory of Circlemaps and order space.Then we get the echolocation mechanism by analyzing the relation between thestring of symbol sequence and the binaural phase defference.
