摘要
神华新疆68万t/a煤基新材料项目烯烃分离装置在运行时会产生废碱液,因此该项目配套建设了废碱液焚烧装置。废碱液处理采用焚烧法,焚烧方式采用急冷流程的工艺并结合先进的尾气处理措施。焚烧后废碱液中的高浓度有机碳氢化合物生成CO_2和H_2O,NaOH转化成Na_2CO_3,Na_2CO_3作为水处理药剂回用到污水处理过程中,实现了变废为宝,保护环境与节约能源的双重目的。
In Shenhua Xinjiang coal to olefin project the olefin separation plant at run time produces a waste alkali liquid,therefore the project constructed a complete set of the waste lye incinerator.The treatment of spentcaustic uses incineration method,burning way using advanced process of quenching process and exhaust gas treatment measures.Afterburning the high concentration of organic hydrocarbon generated CO2and H2O,NaOH intoNa2CO3,which is used as recycling water disposal reagents as to the sewage treatment process,realize the dualpurpose of protecting the environment and save energy.
