振动试飞数据归纳方法及在振动耐久试验中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 基于现有国军标和数理统计原理,给出了振动数据归纳流程中若干环节的具体实现方法,建立了周期振动和随机振动试飞数据归纳方法。通过选取具有代表性的实测振动数据样本,结合建立的归纳方法来获取振动耐久试验谱图,并以某进气道测量耙振动试飞为例,给出其具体实现方法。基于振动等效加速理论,以耐久试验谱图为等效标准,采用均方根为加速因子对试飞振动数据进行等效加速计算,得出各个飞行架次耙体振动等效时间,结果表明:不同架次振动等效时间差异大。振动数据归纳方法为振动试飞鉴定提供了重要的方法支持,振动耐久谱归纳方法和等效时间计算方法为获取飞机、发动机部件耐久试验条件提供了新的方法。 Based on current national military standards and mathematical statistics principals,some processing methods of the vibration inductive procedures are proposed.And then the inductive methods for processing the periodic vibration and random vibration data in flight tests are established.First of all,the typical vibration data samples are selected and input to the inductive methods to obtain the vibration endurance test spectrum.Then,specific processing methods of the spectrum are given with an air-inlet measurement rake as an example.Finally,based on the vibration equivalent acceleration theory and with the vibration endurance test spectrum as the equivalent standard and the RMS as the acceleration factor,the equivalent acceleration calculation for the flight vibration data is carried out.And the equivalent time of vibration of all the flights is calculated successfully.The results show that the equivalent time of different flights varies widely.The present vibration inductive methods provide an important support for vibration flight test appraisal,while the inductive method of vibration endurance test spectrum with equivalent time calculation provides a new approach for obtaining the endurance test condition for aircrafts and aero-engine components.
