摘要
孔雀亭B2H井在φ212.725 mm井眼钻井施工中因地层垮塌埋钻具造成了卡钻事故,在处理本次事故中,采用大吨位活动钻具、蹩扭下压、带压上提、机械震击等手段均未能解卡。现场结合钻具在井眼中状态、地层及套管承压能力,采用环空打压的方式,最终成功解卡。环空打压方式的使用,拓宽了卡钻事故处理方法,为后续同类型事故的处理积累了经验。
Ground collapse caused the pipe-stuck accidents inφ212.725mm hole of KQT-B2H.In this accidents,limited active drill pipe,added torque,depressed,pulled drill pipe with pressure,hammer tool and so on,were used,but failed.Combined with the pipe,casing and ground,succed unfreezing through add pressure to annular.It widen the pipe-stuck treatment method and accumulated experience.
