摘要
对气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)进行带电检测,可尽早发现各种缺陷,减少GIS发生故障的概率。使用超声波检测法对某330 k V变电站GIS进行检测,发现110 k VⅡ母与11392刀闸相连的母线气室存在异常信号,信号相对背景差异较大,同时具有50 Hz相关性且波形较陡,疑似尖端放电缺陷。通过幅值定位、频域定位和时差定位法对放电源进行正确定位,根据信号强度判断出该缺陷属于严重缺陷。应用效果表明,超声波法在变电站GIS局部放电带电检测中效果良好,普测能以较高灵敏度发现缺陷,复测能以较高准确度定位缺陷。
To conduct live detection for the gas insulated switchgear(GIS)could make various defects found as early as possible,so as toreduce the probability of GIS failure.The ultrasonic method was used to conduct detection for the GIS in certain330kV substation to findthe existing abnormal signals between110kV busbarⅡand disconnector11392busbar air chamber.The signal was greatly different from thebackground signal with50Hz dependency and sharp pulse.The defect was suspected as point discharge.The discharge source was locatedby amplitude method,frequency domain method and time difference method.The defect level was decided by the amplitude.The ultrasonicdetection method has good filed application effect in the live detection for the GIS of power transformer station and it can find out the defectswith high sensitivity in the normal detection and locate the defects with high accuracy in the retest.
