摘要
目的:探讨手法碎核小切口白内障摘除术与超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗硬核性白内障的效果。方法:收治硬核性白内障患者60例,分为研究组与对照组。研究组给予手法碎核小切口白内障摘除术,对照组给予超声乳化白内障摘除术。结果:研究组纠正视力效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:手法碎核小切口白内障摘除术治疗硬核性白内障的效果比超声乳化白内障摘除术的效果更显著。
Objective:To investigate the effect of small incision cataract extraction and phacoemulsification in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract.Methods:60patients with hard nuclear cataract were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group.The study group given by manual nucleus small incision cataract surgery,and the control group given by phacoemulsification.Results:The improvement vision effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of manual small incision cataract extraction in the treatment of hard nucleus cataract is more significant than that of phacoemulsification.
