注意力与非注意力下IEMG特征分析——以深蹲为例

摘要 目的:探索注意力在训练实践中的效果,优化训练效益。方法:选取12名男性为受试对象,不同负荷下注意力干预前后进行IEMG测试。结果:无负荷条件下干预前后,只有腓肠肌和胫骨前肌有非常显著性变化(P<0.01);在低、中、高强度负荷下均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:注意力干预存在显著性差异;为优化训练,建议注意力干预需在一定负荷强度下进行;注意力干预在其他训练中是否也存在显著性,如:损伤康复训练,有待进一步研究。 Objective:to explore the effect of attention in training practice and optimize training effectiveness.Methods:12male subjects are selected,and IEMG tests are conducted before and after attention intervention under different loads.Results:when no load,only gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscle has very significant change(P<0.01)before and after intervention.There are significant differences in low,middle and high intensity loads(P<0.05).Conclusion:attention intervention has significant difference;to optimize the training,suggestion attention intervention is needed in the certain load intensity;where attention intervention in other training have significant or not,such as injury rehabilitation training,need further study.
