摘要
本研究基于分子筛的原理,利用食品级抗氧化剂和纳米材料,对食品包装常用的PE、PET和EVOH等树脂进行改性,赋予普通的包装材料可调节的自主呼吸、抗氧化保鲜性能。通过将活性成分与基材混炼、聚合、挤出吹膜,制成分子筛复合薄膜。我们对蓝莓,水蜜桃,鲜切黄瓜片和草莓进行保鲜包装实验,通过对其各项保鲜和营养指标的检测发现,制得的薄膜具有抗氧化和自主调节呼吸的保鲜功能。
Based on the principle of molecular sieve,the resin,such as PE,PET and EVOH,were modified byfood grade antioxidant and nanometer material,and the self-breathing and anti-oxidation andpreservation performance of ordinary packaging materials were given.Through the active ingredientand the substrate mixing,polymerization,extrusion blown film,made of molecular sieve compositefilm.We carried out preservation experiments on blueberries,peaches,fresh cut cucumber slices andstrawberries.Through the detection of their fresh and nutritive indexes,we found that the preparedfilms had antioxidant and self-regulating breath preservation function.
