电磁驱动振筛不同平衡框架结构系统的分析与研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前烟草企业常用的输送摊薄振筛是用电机驱动曲轴带动簧板槽体运动,这种传统模式能耗高、噪音大、摩擦损伤大,维护成本高;随着工业技术的发展,利用电磁原理实现无接触、能耗低、噪音低的电磁驱动模式,该模式通过永磁连接簧板槽体、电磁线圈通电产生吸合磁场力驱动永磁,电磁线圈机构与配重安装于平衡框架结构系统上,平衡框架结构通过簧板安装在整体框架上,考虑到整体可靠与力的平衡,本文分析几种平衡框架结构系统,通过受力与强度分析,来选择最佳的一种平衡框架结构满足系统要求。 The current transportation diluted common vibration sieve is tobacco enterprise driven by a motor crankshaft drives the spring plate body movement,the traditional mode of high energy consumption,large noise,friction damage,high maintenance costs;with the development of industrial technology,to achieve the electromagnetic drive mode of no contact,low energy consumption,low noise by using electromagnetic principle,the model the permanent magnet connecting spring plate groove,the electromagnetic coil is energized to drive the permanent magnet attracting magnetic force,the electromagnetic coil mechanism and the counterweight balance system frame structure,frame structure is installed on the balance frame through a spring plate,taking into account the overall reliability and the balance of power,this paper analyzes several equilibrium framework of the system,by analysis of stress and strength,to choose a balanced framework best meet the requirements of the system.
