摘要
在PRO/E模具设计模块中,对于复杂曲面构成的吸尘器机壳产品的模具设计,其他方法都很难实现时,巧妙地运用其聚合功能,快速成功地设计了吸尘器复杂壳体独特结构的注射模具。本文说明了这些方法的具体步骤,并介绍利用软件进行模具的三维细节设计时处理复杂结构的一些有用的方法。
Using Pro/E in designing the injection mold of a cleaner shell with complex surface,successfullydesigned a unique injection mold by using gather method when other method not available.The specific step ofdesign in the process of using gather method is discussed in this paper and some of the useful methods of thedetail design for complex structure of injection mold are also discussed.
