摘要
针对一种碳纤维复合材料双Ω薄壳结构中折叠展开变形以及局部损伤对动态特性的影响问题,基于Rayleigh方程,引入了纤维复合材料结构中铺层相关因子,讨论卷曲展开程度及薄壁结构局部损伤对结构动态特性的影响程度;建立了双Ω薄壳结构的动态测试系统,采用了单点激励多点响应的动态测试方法,得到了双Ω薄壳结构分别在展开、卷曲收拢和局部屈曲破坏后的一阶、二阶固有频率。测试结果验证了数值仿真结果的正确性,并表明卷曲后双Ω薄壳结构基频增大,局部屈曲破坏后的双Ω薄壳结构基频减小。
As far as the influences of the local damage and folded deformation on the dynamic char-acteristics are concerned,a double-Ωthin-shell structure was studied.A related layer factor was in-troduced in the fiber composite material structure based on Rayleigh equation.Its dynamic system was also built,and the method of excitating at a single-point and responding at multi points was used to test the first and the second order fundamental frequency of the double-Ωboom under folding,un-folding or local cracking conditions respectively.The test results are consistent with the numerical simulation.The results show that the double-D thin-shell boom had a higher frequency under folding and a lower frequency under cracking condition.
