摘要
某油井在进行优化气举作业时,起原井气举管柱过程中油管发生断脱,油管起出后对其中两根断脱油管进行取样,通过油管的理化性能分析结果并结合现场工况,对该井油管失效原因进行综合分析。结果表明:该井油管失效源于油管壁的腐蚀,腐蚀主要发生在油管外壁,腐蚀产物主要为β-Fe OOH等物质,其表现形式为管壁的局部腐蚀减薄直到穿孔,从而造成油管承载能力明显地下降,使油管的抗拉强度无法满足下部管体重量对其的强度要求。
In a well optimized gas lift operations,the tube was broken in the process of lift tubing fro m the original wells,took samples for physical and chemical properties checking,combined with working conditions,analyzed the failure mode.The results showed that:corrosion occured mainly in the outer wall of the oil pipe,the corrosion products were P-FeOOH and other substances,and indicated that the corrosi on of tube wall thinning until perforation,resulting in oil load capacity decreased obviously.The tensile st rength of the tubing can not match the lower pipe body’s weight.
