摘要
原发性乳腺淋巴瘤(primary breast lymphoma,PBL)是原发于乳腺的淋巴结外组织的恶性肿瘤,最常见的病理亚型是弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤,但也存在其他不常见的亚型。PBL主要影像学检查方法是超声、钼靶X线、CT、MRI及PET/CT等,确诊主要靠组织病理活检。全面了解PBL的病理特征、临床分期特征、影像学特征有助于PBL的诊断、治疗及预后。
Primary breast lymphoma(PBL)is a malignant tumor that initially presents in the extra lymphonode of mammary gland.The most common histologic subtype of PBL is the diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,but there are other subtypes that are not common.The main imaging methods of PBL are ultrasound,X-ray mammography,CT,MRI,PET/CT and so on,and the majority of PBL are diagnosed by pathological biopsy.A comprehensive understanding of the pathological features of PBL,clinical staging characteristics and imaging features contributes to the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of PBL.
