摘要
设计了一款3.5 k W功率等级的车载充电机,其采用APFC+DC/DC拓扑设计,前级APFC采用交错并联boost功率因数校正电路,后级DC/DC采用全桥LLC谐振电路和传统的PID双闭环数字控制策略。为避免充电启动过程中充电电流的冲击和实现电压和电流的平滑切换,提出了软启动控制算法和平滑切换控制算法。
A3.5kW level on-board charger which has the topology of APFC+DC/DC is designed,the interleaved boost PFC circuit is used in the formerAPFCstage whilethe full-bridge LLCresonant circuit isadoptedin the latter DC/DCstage.Atraditionaldouble-closed-loop PIDcontrol strategyis usedinthe latter DC/DCstage.Thispaper bringsout a soft-start controlalgorithmto avoid currentshock during the starting process,andasmoothswitchcontrol algorithm to realize smoothswitchingof voltageandcurrent.
