摘要
船用柴油机气缸盖是组成船用柴油机的核心部件之一,对船用柴油机气缸盖自动化装配线的研究,弥补了船用柴油机气缸盖传统手工装配的不足,推动了船舶制造业的向着智能化方向的发展。通过对传统手工装配工艺流程以及船用柴油机气缸盖各零件外形尺寸特点研究分析,提出了一种基于PLC控制的船用柴油机气缸盖自动装配生产线。在装配线的关键工位机械结构设计过程中注重柔性化创新设计,完成了控制系统设计和气动系统的设计。
Marine diesel engine cylinder head is one of the key parts of marine diesel engine.Thus,the research on the automatic assembly line of marine diesel engine cylinder head can not only make up for the deficiency of the traditional manual assembly,but also promote the shipbuilding industry to develop intelligently.An automatic assembly line for marine diesel engine cylinder head based on PLC control was put forward according to the research and analysis of traditional manual assembly process and the size characteristics of the parts.During the design of the mechanical structure of the key station of the assembly line,the flexible innovation was emphasized,and the design of the control system and the pneumatic system were all completed.
