摘要
当前大学生思想政治教育面临多方面挑战,对高校思想政治工作者提出了新的要求。辅导员与思想政治理论课教师是开展大学生思想政治教育的两支重要力量,在实践过程中,思想政治理论课教学与大学生日常思想政治教育"两张皮"现象严重,应该通过积极转变观念、创新队伍管理体制、创建有效交流平台、完善激励约束制度、建立绩效考评机制等措施,构建高校辅导员与思想政治理论课教师协同育人模式,形成协同育人教育合力,不断增强高校大学生思想政治教育的实效性。
At present,the ideological and political education ofcollege students faces many challenges,having put forward newdemands to the ideological and political workers in colleges anduniversities.Counselors and ideological and political theoryteachers are two important forces to carry out ideological and politicaleducation of college students.In the course of practice,theteaching of ideological and political theory and daily ideologicaland political education for college students are separated.Tosolve the problem,we should establish a mode of cooperative educationbetween college counselors and ideological and politicaltheory teachers by actively transforming ideas,innovating theteam management mechanism,creating an effective communicationplatform,improving the incentive and control system,andestablishing a performance appraisal mechanism,so as to form ajoint force of cooperative education,and continuously enhancethe effectiveness of college students’ideological and political education.
