关于大连市企业员工的职业韧性调查

摘要 职业韧性的作用在于帮助员工克服职业困境和实现自我成长。本文通过对大连市企业员工的问卷调查发现,大连企业员工的职业韧性总体处于中等水平,对目标和成就的追求是职业韧性的主要支撑。员工职业韧性存在性别上的显著差异,外资企业员工在职业韧性上与国有企业和民营私营企业的员工存在显著差异。并提出提高企业员工职业韧性的两方面建议。
