摘要
矿井罐笼作为矿井提升机系统的重要组成部分起着输送的作用,但由于工作环境的特殊性,外界很难向其内部输送电力,进而无法实现信息交互、照明、报警等基本功能,存在很大的安全隐患。针对这种情况,在充分了解罐笼运行特性及机械结构的基础上,提出了一种以超级电容为储能单元的矿井罐笼自发电与能量回馈系统。整个系统包含交流发电、整流、直流侧稳压、DC/DC变换、储能等单元。为验证系统方案的可行性,在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下搭建各单元仿真模型进行验证,并对仿真结果进行分析。结果表明,储能单元的加入为矿井罐笼系统功率平衡提供了有力支撑,基于超级电容的罐笼能量回收系统在很大程度够解决罐笼供给电能的问题。
Mine cages serve as an important part in the mine hoist system,but because of the particularity of the working environment,it is difficult for the outside world to transmit electric power to the inside,which can not realize the basic functions such as information exchange,lighting and alarming.In view of this situation,based on the understanding of the running properties and mechanical structure of the cage,a self-generation and energy feedback system of mine cage with super capacitor as energy storage unit is proposed.The whole system includes AC power generation,rectifier,DC side regulator,DC/DC conversion,energy storage and other units.In order to verify the feasibility of this system scheme,the simulation model of each unit was built in Matlab/Simulink simulation environment,and the simulation results were analyzed.The results show that the addition of the energy storage unit provides a strong support for the power balance of the coal cage system.The energy recovery system based on the super capacitor can solve the problem of supplying the energy of the cage to a great extent.
