基于实习生视角的不同等级医院实习教学中的主要问题 被引量:5

摘要 目的调查实习生对不同等级实习医院的看法,促进临床实习质量的提高。方法采用自编问卷,调查某军医大学临床专业实习生对三级和二级实习医院各方面教学工作的满意度,以及实习中存在的问题等。结果实习生对于自己实习医院满意度最高的是各项教研活动,占51.5%;认为三级医院实习中存在问题主要是公差太多(63.9%)、宿舍条件差(44.9%)、实习生太多不便于管理(39.8%)、接触部队基层少(39.5%)等;认为二级医院问题主要是带教队伍水平不高(53.0%)、带教操作不规范(43.2%)、病种不够多(35.0%)、实习规章制度不健全(30.1%)等;不同群体的实习生看法有差异。结论实习生对实习医院总体满意度不高,与其自身定位相关;不同等级的实习医院存在不同的教学问题。 Objective To survey on the clinical interns about their opinions of different levels of hospitals to advance the quality of clinical practice.Methods We surveyed on the clinical interns in some military medical university with self-made questionnaires to analyze their satisfactions with third-level and second-level hospitals in all the aspects of teaching work and the problems in practice.Results The interns were the most satisfied with the teaching and research in hospitals(51.5%).They thought the main problems of third-level hospitals were more tolerances(63.9%),poor dormitory conditions(44.9%),too students(39.8%)and less opportunity to contact forces(39.5%),while the main problems of second-level hospitals were low teaching level(53.0%),non-standard operation(43.2%),lack of the disease species(35.0%)and unsound practice regulations(30.1%).The opinions of different groups were different.Conclusion The satisfaction of interns with the teaching hospitals was generally not high,which was accord with their own conditions.The teaching problems of different level hospitals were different.
