摘要
目的评价髌骨冠状面骨折块的不同固定方法的治疗疗效。方法从2010年7月~2015年12月收治30例存在冠状面骨折块(包含关节软骨)的髌骨粉碎性骨折,根据冠状面骨折块的大小及厚薄,分别采用Herbert钉、细克氏针、非可吸收锋线固定,然后结合钢丝张力带内固定治疗。结果术中关节面复位满意,无关节软骨缺损,固定可靠,术后随访12个月,末次随访时依据Bostman标准评定:优21例,良7例,可2例,优良率93.3%。结论选择合适的方法有效固定含有关节软骨的冠状面骨折块,对髌骨粉碎性骨折患者的术后功能恢复有积极意义。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of different fixation methods of patella bone fracture of the coronary plane.Methods From July2010to December2015a total of30cases of coronary plane segments(including bone cartilage)of comminuted patella fractures,according to the size and thickness of coronary bone fracture fragments,were treated by Herbert nail,fine Kirschner wire,non absorbable line treatment combined with tension band wire.Results The articular surface of the knee joint was satisfactory with no articular cartilage defect,All patients were followed up for12months,and the final follow-up was evaluated according to Bostman criteria.Excellent21cases,good7cases,General effect2cases,the excellent and good rate was93.3%.Conclusion Select the appropriate method to effective fixation of articular cartilage bone containing coronary plane segments,the comminuted patella fracture patients with postoperative functional recovery of positive significance.
