摘要
以大肠杆菌为指示菌,OD值为测试指标,通过大肠杆菌菌体密度-吸光值曲线及回归方程的建立,获得大肠杆菌最佳菌悬液稀释度.利用滤纸片扩散法、倍比稀释法分别测定不同浓度的蛇床子醇提物对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈大小、最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC).结果显示:蛇床子醇提物对大肠杆菌的抑制作用明显,250mg/mL和500mg/mL下的抑菌圈直径分别为15.3mm和16.7mm,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为250mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)为500mg/mL.
SelectingEscherichia coli as indicator bacteria and adopting OD value as test indicators,through microbial density ofEscherichia coliand absorbance curve and regression equation to obtain the best bacterial suspension dilution ofEscherichia coli.Inhibiting effect of different concentrations of alcohol extract from common cnidium fruit on Escherichia coli was studied by utilizing filter paper diffusion method and doubling dilution,testing index included inhibition zone size,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC).The results showed that alcohol extract from common cnidium fruit had obvious inhibiting effect onEscherichia coli,inhibition zone size was15.3mm and16.7mm respectively under250mg/mL and500mg/mL of alcohol extract from common cnidium fruit,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)was250mg/mL and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)was500mg/mL.
