浅表性骨肉瘤病理分析及其微血管密度 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨浅表性骨肉瘤的临床病理学特征及其微血管密度.方法选取经手术病理证实的13例浅表性骨肉瘤患者,对其临床及病理资料进行回顾性分析,采用免疫组化SP法检测患者CD105及CD105-MVD的表达情况,并与13例良性骨肿瘤患者资料进行对照分析.结果患者膝关节会出现屈曲活动受限,可伴有不同程度疼痛、肿胀、压痛、缓慢性增大肿块、皮温增高等症状.肿瘤的部位、大小与周围组织关系以及骨皮质侵蚀情况均可在影像学上清晰显示.在浅表性骨肉瘤中CD105阳性表达率和CD105-MVD均明显高于良性骨肿瘤,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论浅表性骨肉瘤诊断主要依靠临床、影像学以及病理学等多方面综合诊断,浅表性骨肉瘤中CD105-MVD明显升高,CD105-MVD很可能参与肿瘤性血管的生成,从而影响浅表性骨肉瘤的发生、发展以及预后. Objective To explore the clinicopathological features of surface osteosarcoma and its microvascular density.Method13cases of surface osteosarcoma patients confirmed by surgery pathology were selected,the clinical and pathological data were retrospectively analyzed,using immunohistochemical SP method to detect patients with CD105and the expression of CD105-MVD,and comparing13cases with benign bone tumor contrast.Results Symptom can appear in patients with knee flexion activities is limited,different degree of pain and swelling,tenderness,tardy increase lump,skin temperature increased and so on.Patients with imaging examination can clearly display the tumor size,position,edge and its relationship with the surrounding soft tissue and bone cortex infringement case;CD105positive expression rate of surface osteosarcoma and CD105-MVD were significantly higher than benign bone tumors,contrast differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surface osteosarcoma diagnosis relies mainly on the clinical,imaging and pathological aspects,a comprehensive diagnosis of superficial CD105-MVD increased obviously in osteosarcoma,CD105-MVD may be involved in the formation of tumor blood vessels,which affects the occurrence,development and prognosis of surface osteosarcoma.
