摘要
现代学徒制是将传统的学徒制培训与现代学校教育相结合的一种职业教育模式,在培养目标、方式、实用性等方面均与传统的学徒制有着本质的区别。从师资队伍与现代学徒制的内涵关系看,师资队伍建设是实施现代学徒制的关键。为此,需要政府部门出台相关政策进行扶持,同时要加强职业院校的自身建设,探索校企合作模式,锻造出一支"有学能工"的双师型教师队伍。
Modern apprenticeship system is a kind of vocational education mode which combines the traditional apprenticeship with modern school education It has the essential difference with the traditional apprenticeship in the training goal,the method and the practical aspect From the view of connotation,the construction of teaching staff is the key to the implementation of modern apprenticeship system Therefore,the government needs to introduce relevant policies to support the construction of teaching staff In the meantime,higher vocational schools should strengthen their own construction and explore the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises,forging a team of teachers with the ability to learn and work
