分层采油井下油嘴直径的设计方法 被引量:10

摘要 为有效控制储层物性不同的2套含油系各油层产液量,达到抑制高含水油层、释放低含水油层的目的,借鉴气井井下节流器和注水井分层注水水嘴的设计方法及工作原理,提出了应用井下油嘴控制各油层产液量的技术思路。依据不同油层渗透率、有效厚度、地层压力的差别建立数学模型,首先按达西定律计算不同油层的产液量,然后按不同产液量井下油嘴的过流面积计算其前后压差,再通过控制2个油层的合理生产压差,得到高渗层、低渗层的能量守恒方程,从而优化分层采油井下油嘴的直径。现场应用12口分层采油井,单井平均日增油3.6 t,含水平均下降22.1百分点,为分层采油提供了新的技术手段。 To control effectively the liquid production rate of each oil layer in two oil bearing series with different reservoir physical properties,so as to inhibit high-water-cut oil layers and release low-water-cut oil layers,the technical idea of controlling the liquid production rate of each layer by means of the bottom hole choke was proposed referring to the design methods and working principles of downhole throttle of gas well and separate layer water injection choke of water injection well.Then,a mathematic model was established based on the differences of different oil layers in terms of permeability,effective thickness and reservoir pressure.Firstly,the liquid production rate of each oil layer is calculated according to Darcy’s Law.Secondly,the pressure difference before and after the bottom hole choke is calculated based on the open area of bottom hole choke at different liquid production rates.And thirdly,the equation of conservation of energy suitable for high-and low-permeability layers is established by controlling the production pressure difference between two oil layers rationally,so as to optimize the diameter of bottom hole choke used for separate layer production.This method is applied on site in12separate layer oil producers.And average oil increment of each well is3.6t and average water cut declines by22.1%.It provides the new technology for separate layer production.
