摘要
为了提高建筑工地塔吊的安全性,设计了基于ZigBee的塔吊监测系统,并对ZigBee组网的丢包问题进行了研究。传感器实时采集塔吊运行数据,系统选用ZigBee节点将传感器采集到的数据传输到协调器,再由ARM处理器进行数据分析和处理,最后通过GPRS网络将分析结果发送至远程监测中心显示。系统测试结果表明:采用选择重传算法分析并解决了ZigBee组网的丢包问题,数据传输稳定,对建筑工地安全具有很好的应用价值。
In order to improve the safety of tower crane,the tower crane monitoring system based on ZigBee is designed and the packet loss problem of ZigBee network is studied.The real time data of the tower crane is collected by the sensor,the system selects the ZigBee node to transfer the data collected by the sensor to the coordinator,and then analyzes and processes the data by the ARM processor.Finally,the analysis result is sent to the remote monitoring center through the GPRS network.The system test results show that the selective retransmission algorithm is used to analyze and solve the packet loss problem of ZigBee network,and the data transmission is stable,which has a good application value for the construction site security.
