摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在社区家庭病床冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法 40例社区家庭病床冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者给予一般的常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上实施针对性护理及康复指导。比较两组患者的服药情况、不良反应发生率、住院治疗情况及生活质量改善情况。结果试验组按时(量)服药率(90.00%)、不良反应发生率(15.00%)、住院治疗率(25.00%),均优于对照组(60.00%、45.00%、65.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分均高于护理前,且试验组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在社区家庭病床冠心病患者中的应用效果显著,能明显改善患者预后,并提高其生活质量水平。
Objective To discuss the application effect of targeted nursing for patients with coronary heart disease in community family sickbed.Methods A total of40patients with coronary heart disease in community family sickbed as study subjects were divided by random number table method into experimental group and control group,with20cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the experimental group received targeted nursing and rehabilitation guidance on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on medication status,incidence of adverse reactions,hospitalization and quality of life improvement between two groups.Results The experimental group had better medication rate on time(volume)(90.00%),incidence of adverse reactions(15.00%)and hospitalization rate(25.00%)than the control group(60.00%,45.00%and65.00%),and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,both groups had no statistically significant difference in quality of life score(P>0.05).After nursing,both groups had higher quality of life score than before nursing,and the experimental group had higher quality of life score than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing provides remarkable application effect for coronary heart disease patients in community family sickbed,and can obviously improve prognosis of patients and improve their quality of life.
