摘要
神东煤炭集团公司制定和实施生态环保标准化过程的控制与改进,是构筑2亿t现代化生态环保型能源基地的一项重要管理举措,也是践行科技创新打造绿色清洁矿区的具体行动标志。本文就神东公司在科学、合理、实用、适用制定神东矿区生态环保标准的基础上,就如何有序推进和提升生态环保标准水平,激发生态环保标准化持续改进的动力,有效降低矿区生态环保标准化过程阻力等方面,进行了有益探讨。
The control and improvement of formulate and implement ecological environmental standardization by the Shendong Coal Group Company is one of the most important management measures to build200million tons of modern ecological environment-friendly energy base,and also a specific action of practicing scientific and technological innovation green clean mining area.On the basis of formulating ecological environmental standard of Shendong Mining Area scientifically,reasonably,practically and applicably,this paper makes a useful discussion about how to improve the standard of ecological environmental standard,and prompts driving force for continuous improvement of the standardization,and effectively reduces the resistance in the ecological environmental standardization process of mining area.
