摘要
本文以秦始皇帝陵博物院为例,针对博物馆景区在执行和实施《旅游法》和《景区最大承载量核定导则》,测算、核定和实施景区最大承载量过程中,遇到的一系列问题,探讨博物馆景区如何更好地实施景区最大承载量,以保证游客人身和文物古迹安全。并结合工作实践,提出博物馆景区应以安全第一,因地制宜,做好最大承载量的实施,与同行交流、共勉。
With the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum as the case,this paper discussed how the museums as scenic areas better implement the maximum capacity in order to assure the safety of the visitors and the security of the cultural heritages,referring to the series of problems run into during the execution and implement of the Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China and Guideline for Measurement of Carry Capacity of Scenic Area,and the calculation,measurement and enforcement of the maximum capacity of the scenic areas.Based on the practices,this paper pointed out that the scenic areas should hold the principle of“Safety first”,apply suitable measures according to local conditions to best implement the maximum capacity,and put forward some suggestions for colleagues as reference.
