摘要
本文通过采取医疗设备管理创新服务模式,引入医疗设备管理整体服务公司与医院合作来系统解决中小型医疗机构医疗仪器设备的维修保养以及管理的难点和痛点。以我院(SCWC医院)为例,分析中小型医疗机构医疗设备管理现状,探讨医疗设备管理模式的创新举措和实施作用,本文在设备管理及售后服务方面为其它医院提供了新的借鉴方案。
This paper adopted the innovative service mode of medical equipment management,through introducing the cooperation with the company which doing professional comprehensive hospital medical equipment management services and the hospital,systematically solved the problem of the hospital medical equipment management and pain points.Based on the present situation analysis of medical equipment management in small and medium sized medical institutions,for example SCWC hospital,this paper discussed the innovation and implementation of medical equipment management mode.This study provides new reference for other hospitals in equipment management and after-sales service.
