摘要
文中结合某300 kt/a乙烯装置2014年和2016年原料分布及原料品质的变化情况,分析了原料变化对该乙烯装置的影响。阐述了油田轻烃、新鲜丙烷、石脑油及尾油等原料的变化对裂解炉、急冷系统及后分离系统的影响,为原料发生变化时装置的调整提供了依据。
Combined with the changes of raw material distribution and quality of a300kt/a ethylene plant in years2014and2016,This paper analyzed the influence of raw material changes on this ethylene plant.It also expounded the influence of changes of oilfield light hydrocarbon,fresh propane,naphtha and tail oil on cracking furnace,quenching system and post-separation system,provided basis for the modification of the plant when the raw materials change take place.
